My name is Zahra Saeidzadeh and I am currently working in Production and Planning.
My role involves coordinating various aspects of production, making the best use of available resources, and managing schedules to meet deadlines effectively. I work closely with different departments to streamline processes and improve efficiency across operations. I am passionate about implementing strategies that enhance productivity and reduce operational bottlenecks. My experience in planning and organizing complex workflows has enabled me to contribute significantly to the overall performance of the production team. Academically, I hold a degree in MA and have undergone specialized training in production management and planning systems, which has provided me with a strong foundation to excel in my current role. I enjoy problem-solving and am committed to continuous improvement in our production processes.
