The department’s core activities encompass the following: Finished Product Manufacturing: Nogen Pharmed Caspian Company specializes in the production of high-quality finished pharmaceutical products, nutritional supplements, specialty foods, and various powdered milk formulations. All manufacturing processes are conducted in strict adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and the requirements of relevant domestic and international health organizations. Our product portfolio encompasses a range of dosage forms, including tablets, capsules, syrups, and other products designed to meet market demands. To ensure the consistent high quality of our finished products, meticulous control and continuous monitoring by the Quality Control and Quality Assurance departments are implemented throughout the entire production process, from raw material preparation to final packaging. Formulating short-term and long-term production plans based on comprehensive market forecasts, anticipated customer demand, and available factory production capacity.
Maintaining continuous coordination with the Sales and Warehouse departments to effectively manage inventory levels and prevent both product shortages and excess stock accumulation.
Raw Material Management and Procurement:
Conducting regular reviews of raw material and packaging material requirements and coordinating with the Procurement Department to ensure the timely and efficient supply of these essential items.
Monitoring warehouse inventory levels to maintain optimal stock levels and verifying the quality and conformity of raw materials used in production against established standards.
Establishing and maintaining collaborative relationships with reputable domestic and international suppliers to ensure the consistent quality and reliability of raw material sourcing.
Production Process Control:
Implementing close monitoring of all production stages, from initial line preparation through to final product packaging, to ensure adherence to established procedures and quality standards.
Monitoring the performance and operational efficiency of production equipment and machinery and coordinating with the Maintenance and Repair Department to address any technical issues or maintenance requirements promptly.
Ensuring the strict implementation of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) regulations throughout the production process and maintaining adherence to stringent safety and health standards to protect personnel and the integrity of the manufacturing environment.
Reporting and Analysis:
Generating regular reports (daily, weekly, and monthly) on production performance, identifying key performance indicators, and analyzing data to identify areas for continuous improvement and optimization of production processes.
Interdepartmental Interaction and Coordination:
Maintaining continuous collaboration with the Quality Control (QC) and Quality Assurance (QA) departments to ensure consistent product compliance with established quality standards and regulatory requirements.
